you. After living here in the Big Bear Valley since 1985 we are moving and appreciate all the honest hard work you guys have done for us. Thanks for all the years of free tire rotations and flat fixes. You know we had our share. If you want someone you can trust go to these guys. 2 of our family's generations have been blessed by these guys!
tire blow and had to spend the night. Asked around and everyone told me to go to Gino's. I told the guys there that I needed a new tire. They checked it out and it was only a nail. I was thinking a hundred dollar bill but they were honest in just repairing this one and off I was back to work and reality for 12 bucks. Super nice.
I needed some weights for my derby car and they donated them. So cool. My wife also rolled in there one day at 5pm with a flat tire. They reopened to get her all taken care of and it was only 12 dollars to fix her tire!?! I guess 21 years of being in this type of business in a small community says it all. Thanks you guys!
Lost our brakes, actually smoking and caught fire at the Mitsubishi Plant on the backside, complete brake fail. Had the car towed to Gino's, my vehicle needed roters, brakes, calipers, you name it, when I had a complete brakes fail, smoke and burn, it fried everything. Long story short, Gino's had our car back to us within one day and at a great price too! Thanks Gino's

My 17 year old daughter was on a long trip away from home up in the mountains and had car trouble. She pulled into one shop and the guys wouldn't give her the time of day. She had an engine light on the dash and the car was running rough. After waiting 20 minutes she finally left and went to another shop and they wanted $130 bucks just to check it out. A customer in the office told her to take it down the street to a place called Gino's. Frustrated she drove to Gino's the now 3rd shop to try and get help. Gino's was very busy with guys running all over taking care of people. The owner came out and looked at my daughters car ( I assume Gino?). He found that the previous shop she had service done at in our home town had left the air filter sensor wire off. He got her all taken care of and charged her $0.00!. He had her pull it into the shop and checked all her air pressures, and fluid levels to make sure she was safe. I can't explain how much that means to a dad who is out of range to help his daughter. And I wish more people still operated like the guys at Gino's. Thank you guys!.
After living in this valley since the 70's I have seen em all come and go. Gino started here as a tire installer for another shop 20 years ago and worked his way up to owning his own biz. He has always had very high standards and continues to be the only place I will take my car. Thanks guys!

Gino's is the only place we would take our car for repairs and regular maintenance. They are friendly and when they say your vehicle will be ready, it is ready. Their tires are priced competively with shops "off the mountain". They install them and will do the routine rotation at no charge. We trust and value their service.

Gino's is the best. We bring our cars there for new tires and brakes. Doug is wonderful and honest. We took the truck in a couple weeks ago because hubby thought he heard the squeelers. Doug took a look and said nope no need for new brakes yet. (Oh, he wasted time looking at the brakes on my Expedition a couple of times too!) Not many businesses in today's economy would be honest enough to tell you don't need their services. That's the kind of folks that keep us coming back!
